The Eco Bean is an innovative machine, which uses Magnetic Partial Pyrolysis technology for scientific decomposition of Municipal Mixed Solid Waste (MSW). It is capable of scientific decomposition all types of mixed solid waste which is usually sent for landfilling and remains in landfills for many years

Waste circular economy is a sustainable approach aimed at minimizing waste generation and maximizing resource efficiency. Instead of the traditional linear model of "take, make, dispose," the circular economy focuses on reducing, reusing, recycling, and recovering materials throughout their lifecycle. 

The Eco Bean is a last mile scientific solution for end of life treatment of waste that cannot be reused, recycled or recovered. Waste that is usually sent for landfilling can be scientifically treated and disposed off in the Eco Bean, making it the solution of the future.

One of our first introductions in this space is technology in Thermal Waste Decomposition named “Eco Bean”. We jointly manufacture, distribute and commission waste management projects with this unique first of its kind scientific waste disposal method that not only destroys the most hard to decompose mixed solid waste, but it also adheres to all the guidelines of the CPCB while doing so.

 

The Eco Bean is a waste destruction and decomposition machine that effectively destroys waste in the most environmentally efficient way without any harmful emissions and with minimal use of grid power. Thus making it an ideal product for lessening the burden on landfills in cities. All over the country, subterranean garbage heaps called landfills are rising, fuelled by million of tons of municipal solid waste.

Why is it so important to care about the environment?

Simply put, we cannot be healthy in an unhealthy environment. It is in our own best interests to preserve the natural world as much as we can. The exploitation of the natural world threatens our capacity to provide food, water or clean air for the people on earth, and things like pollution are directly harmful to human health.

The most important reason for effective waste management is the protection of the environment and the health of the people. The mounting waste piles, around the world, can cause air and water pollution. Rotting garbage is also known to produce harmful gases that mix with the air and can cause breathing problems in people.

But while managing waste, it is also important to make sure that other environmental issues are not caused in the process.

The Eco Bean is an innovative waste decomposition machine that offers a sustainable solution for last mile waste destruction. Unlike traditional methods that rely on external energy sources, this machine decomposes waste efficiently without any need for additional power or fuel input. It has been specifically designed to adhere to the emission guidelines set by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) and the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF), ensuring that the emissions released during the process are carefully controlled and do not cause harm to the environment.

By utilising this waste decomposition machine, the Eco Bean promotes a circular economy by effectively generating its own syngas for captive consumption to generate the heat that is required for breaking down waste materials into their constituent components. As it is a made-to-order customisable machine it can integrate into any existing system such as a Waste Material Recovery Facility or an Recycling Plant. This allows for the recovery and reuse of valuable resources, reducing the reliance on raw materials and also decomposing the hard-to-recycle waste and thereby minimising waste sent to landfills. The machine's eco-friendly approach aligns with sustainable practices, as it minimises environmental impact and contributes to the preservation of natural resources.

With the Eco Bean, waste management becomes more efficient, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly.
